Kinder Digital Accountants are looking for a Client Co Ordinator to maintain and improve on our award-winning client care!

What you’ll be responsible for:

As Client Co Ordinator at Kinder Accountants you will be responsible for championing our clients and making sure they get the best possible care and attention.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing extraordinary client care and support
  • Managing information to and from clients
  • Keeping our client database up to date
  • Online filings for clients
  • Making sure your teammates are kept up to date with client matters and info
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring they’re happy, loved and informed at every step of their journey
  • Arranging meetings and calls with clients and the team
  • Sending regular client happiness surveys and monitoring responses and our NPS
  • Looking for new ways for us to constantly innovate and improve our clients’ experience
  • Managing an engaging social media profile
  • Assisting with marketing and event management
