We are absolutely over the moon to be finalists in the Herefordshire Means Business Awards for 2023!
We’re finalists in the Customer Service Awards category this year, and we’d love it if you could please spare a minute to vote for us pretty please?
There are 5 finalists in the Customer Service Awards this year, and it’s the only Award category that’s up for a public vote, so we really need you!

1. Not that we’re at all beggy, but it would mean the world to my team if you could vote for Team Kinder.

2. We have an NPS score of 80!
But what does that mean, and who actually cares? NPS stands for Net Promoter Score, and is calculated based on marks that you give us from 0 to 10.
We regularly send out our Happiness Survey to our clients, and one of the questions is “would you recommend us to your friends?” with a score between 0 and 10. That basically provides the NPS score.
You can find out more about it NPS scores here, and we would recommend asking your clients and customers the same question.
3. We have wonderful Google Reviews and our score is 4.8
