What this means to you:

Your current payroll manager will be managing the transition of your payroll to Austin and his team at Your Payroll Manager UK. Once we have transitioned you across, Austin and his team will be your main payroll contact, but  the team at Kinder Pocock will be here to oversee things and to answer any queries. We are also able to communicate with Your Payroll Manager team in the background, to make sure that you’re getting the best possible support.

You shouldn’t see a real difference, as our processes are very similar, but you may notice the following:

  • Payrolls will be managed via BrightPay software
  • Payroll journals will be entered automatically into Xero
  • Holiday will be recorded and approved either in BrightPay
  • Kinder Pocock will continue to invoice you for your payroll services.

You won’t see any change in fees, unless:

  1. your payroll numbers increase
  2. we implement a firm-wide fee review.
  3. you ask for additional services, in addition to that already provided
  4. our third party software providers increase their prices
