What you’ll have responsibility for:
As Client Champion at Kinder Pocock you will be responsible for championing our clients and making sure they get the best possible care and attention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing extraordinary client care and support
- Managing information to and from clients
- Making sure the team is kept up to date with client matters and info
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring they’re happy and informed at every step of their journey
- Arranging meetings and calls with clients and the team
- Sending regular client happiness surveys and monitoring responses and our NPS
- Looking for new ways for us to constantly innovate and improve our clients’ experience
Salary dependent on experience, and training will be given.
